지난 2월 18일 제186회 차를 맞이하는 세종로국정포럼(이사장 박승주 전 여성가족부 차관)은 설날을 맞이, 명리학자인 소재학 교수를 초청하여 ‘동양미래학으로 보는 2021년 국운융성과 대처대응방안(때를 찾는 지혜 인생사계절 석하리듬 찾기)’라는 주제의 신년 비대면 특강을 진행했다.
세종로 국정 포럼측은 “한국시민자원봉사회 주관으로 2005년부터 매월 프라자호텔에서 세미나를 진행해 온 국내 최대규모의 자원봉사 포럼으로, 주로 국정 운영의 핵심인 장관 차관급 인사들이 연사로 초빙되어 국가 정책을 설명하고 소통하는 유일한 민관 파트너쉽 국정 포럼”이라고 소개하고 “이날 연사로 초빙된 소재학 교수는, 세종로국정포럼의 미래정책위원장을 맡고 있으며, 그간 미신적 요소나 신비적 관점에서 자유롭지 못하던 사주명리학, 풍수지리 등 동양 역학을 논리적 이론체계 갖춘 현대 사주명리학으로 새롭게 정립하여, 개인의 성공 실패 시기를 정밀하게 예측할 수 있는 동양미래예측학 ‘석하명리(건곤미래학)’와 10년 주기 인생 사계절 ‘석하리듬’을 창시하고 개발하는 등 동양미래학자 및 사주명리학자로 활동하고 있다. 소재학 교수는 새해를 맞아 ‘IBK 기업은행’, ‘동국대 G미래&힐링 융복합 최고경영자과정’, KBS2 ‘굿모닝 대한민국’, 매경TV ‘스치면 상한가’, 내외경제TV ‘부동산사이다’ 등 여러 단체와 방송 등에 초빙되어 특강 및 국운예측, 인터뷰 등을 진행하며 왕성한 활동을 하고 있다. 소재학 교수는 특강을 시작하며 새해 인사와 더불어 “2021년은 개인의 성공과 실패의 시기를 정밀하게 예측할 수 있는 ‘동양미래예측학 석하명리(건곤미래학)’ 창립 20주년이 되는 해입니다. 특별히 오늘 강의만 잘 들으셔도 현재 자신의 나갈 때와 물러날 때를 알 수 있을 것이고, 2021년 올해 기대할 만한 해인지, 조심해야 하는 해인지 정도는 충분히짐작할 수 있을 것입니다.”라고 강조했다고 소개했다.
소재학 교수에 의하면, 대자연에 봄 여름 가을 겨울 반복되는 사계절이 있듯이 사람의 삶에도 600년주기, 60년주기, 10년주기 등으로 반복되는 사계절이 있는 데, 이 중 가장 주가 되는 10년 주기 인생사계절은 누구나 어렵지 않게 찾아서 활용할 수 있다고 한다.
10년 주기 인생사계절 ‘석하리듬’은 10년 안에 봄 여름 가을 겨울의 4계절이 존재하는데, 이중 봄과 가을은 2년씩이고 여름과 겨울은 3년씩으로 구분되며, 겨울 3년은 슬럼프처럼 어려운 시기이고, 봄 2년은 아직 어려움은 있지만 새로운 희망이 생기는 시기, 여름 3년은 열심히 활동하며 능력이 발휘되기 시작하는 시기, 가을 2년은 결과를 얻는 결실의 시기에 해당한다. 이러한 10년주기 석하리듬이 60년주기와 600년 주기 등과 상호 연관을 통해 우리의 삶의 흥망성쇠 흐름을 가져온다고 설명하며, 강의를 통해 10년 주기와 60년 주기 사계절 찾는 방법들에 대하여 알기 쉽게 설명하여 많은 호응을 끌어냈다.
소재학 교수는 현재 국제뇌교육종합대학원 교수, 동국대 G미래&힐링 융복합 최고경영자과정 원장, 동국대 GFCA 동양미래예측학최고위과정 및 GFCA 풍수지리 최고위과정 책임교수, 캐롤라인대학교 부총장 등으로 활동하고 있다.

According to the material science professor, just as there are four seasons that repeat spring, summer, autumn, and winter in Mother Nature, there are four seasons that repeat the life cycle of 600 years, 60 years, and 10 years. It is said that anyone can find and use the four seasons without difficulty.
The four seasons of the 10-year cycle,'Sukha Rhythm', exist within 10 years, four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter, of which spring and fall are divided into two years, summer and winter three years each, and three winter years are a difficult time like a slump.
